Od dnešního odpoledne mám problém s otevíráním některých zahraničních webů, oblast Brno město. Je to jen u mě nebo je to porucha UPC? 

Podle downforeveryoneorjustme.com jsou ty weby normálně funkční. 

No bylo by dobré napsat o jaké weby se konkrétně jedná.

Už zase má UPC problém s otevíráním některých webů konkrétně parlamentnilisty.cz.

Ale z venku to dostupný je - https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.parlamentnilisty.cz

Jednak to otevřít jde (bez toho zahraničního začátku) a druhak by takové stránky v principu měly být blokovány odevšad 😉

Jde ale jenom přes WiFree. Z domácí IP to neotevřu.

Ještě jsem myslel že by to mohlo být nefunkčností Cloudflare DNS, ale ani s automatickou DNS se web neotvírá.

Mě to funguje. 

Edit/ ale když dám traceroute, tak to skončí stejně jako u Bucky Kida.
