Dobrý den. Proč nemuzu dobit kredit na telefonní číslo

Dle hlášky byla platba zamítnuta vydavatelem karty. Zkusil bych ověřit, zda nebylo dosaženo limitu pro platby na internetu. Předpokládám, že zkoušíte dobít přes aplikaci Můj Vodafone? Ještě můžete zkusit webový portál https://www.vodafone.cz/predplacene-karty/

nemám ani kartu, jen se snažím začít platit a nic mi nevychází.

Tak teď nechápu. Jakou kartu? Platební? A co se snažíte zaplatit? Dobít kredit nebo platit paušál?

Maybe, it will be better to write Vodafone at their Facebook or twitter. I don't see to their systems.

It's broken now. So It's impossible to buy credit on My Vodafone (web and app i think). You may use another option https://www.vodafone.cz/pece/en/payments-and-credit/credit/how-and-where-recharge-credit/

The problem is on side of bank.
