@dinotromba I'm glad it worked out for you. However, I would disagree with your conclusions. You can get bridge mode with a public IPv4 address with VF Station (unfortunately, not for the 2 Gbps option—but hopefully that's coming too). I would argue that, due to the absence of IPv6-only services, a public IPv4 address is a better option for running your equipment proper way. But to each their own.

just curious about the new service: now that you are operating their modem in bridge mode, do you get a RFC 6598 IPv4 address from them (100.64 to 100.127) and a properly delegated IPv6 /56?

If you're referring to TM, yes:

And the IPv6 delegation working properly:

I like the fact that the expiration is set to 40d

@r2d2 I asked support if bridge mode was supported on my old VF station, and they said it wasn't; hence the reason for my premature departure :)

In my case I don't care too much about IPv4 although it would be a nice to have, but I need proper IPv6 support with end to end routing to certain devices, which again VF doesn't allow with their managed router, hell even disabling the firewall is only temporary (only lasts for 24h). So assuming I was comfortable doing NAT66 (which for obvious reasons I'm not) my service would still be interrupted the moment the VF station decides to block the connection.
As for my conclusions with the fritzbox, it's a really nice device, sure there is better stuff out there for the power user, but it's reliable and supports most common configuration needs for the power user, also the price of 120Kc month seems fairly reasonable considering that these units have a retail price of around 250-300Eur.

Ok so I received the new Fritzbox and to my surprise it seems it's a stock firmware.

I wouldn't be so sure, what's the PN (part number) of VF Fritzbox? FW may look like stock version, do you have firmware update option in it?

@quadra2030 Well it's almost stock, and no you don't have the upgrade option (at lest I cannot find it), given the PTSD with the old VFstation I was prepared for far worse... Below some screenshots from the various config pages:
