Dá se mluvit se zástupcem Vodafonu jako lidskou osobou? Jsem v zahraničí a neohebný automat Tobi my není schopen odpovědět na mé otázky. Volání na zákaznickou linku by mě nejspíš mohlo stát až moc (pokud nějaká ještě existuje). Funguje ve Vodafonu nějaký life chat či emailová konverzace s živou osobou?

Obecné otázky vám také můžeme odpovědět i třeba na Facebooku, Twitteru nebo třeba Instagramu.
