Jsem klient UPC, mám nainstalovaný ConnectBox, nastavení kontroluji z nastavení ConnectBOXu. Objeví se chyba, která je vidět na obrázku. Kontrola pomocí Speedtest ukazuje normální rychlost. Videohovory však přicházejí s velkým zpožděním. WIFI kanály nejsou přetížené. Potřebujeme vaši pomoc

    Píše ethernet, takže propojení kabelem. Máte k modemu připojeno nejspíše zařízení, které má jen 100Mbps síťovou kartu. Například STB Kaon od exUPC.

    Vyměnil jsem koaxiální kabel od zásuvky do modemu. Model mého modemu je Connect Box. Dříve dával rychlost 150Mb a fungoval stabilně. Musím zavolat na podporu z Vodafonu?
