@Evzen Yes I'm sure i need it like that , it's 4 servers, steam. 

but i probably can remove the 7777 ones and leave it only with 27015 - 20 but still can't open them ...

What exactly makes you think that the ports are not open? How exactly did you test it?
If you suspect that firewall can be blocking it, then why don't you simply check the firewall configuration?

Only YOU know what you have configured on your machine(s), so no one here can tell you why...

And again - you talk about ports 27015 - 27020, but you have completely different numbers (2016 and 2017) set in your configuration on the screenshots you posted.
