it's just less 1 month I bought your service Internet and modem included.

I need to reach my server on port 443 or other port tcp is possible? 

I tried many time but till now no results and I'm afraid you block all ports.

Please let me know.

Hi, there is no support. Only discussion forum. Do you have IPv4 or IPv6? If v4, do you have Fix od Dynamic IP?  

Oh sorry I didn't know... anyway I think my ip is fixed and I'm using ipv4 and ipv6, unfortuntaley when the technician is came I wasn't at home

so I can't reply properly.

Hi, you have only dynamic IP and IPv6 (DS-Lite). So, there is no port forwarding option.

Potřebuji otevřít port 44158. Jsem na veřejné IPv4. Provedl jsem port forwarding i rezervaci IP adresy ale port je pořád zavřený.

Můžete prosím někdo poradit? Už nevím co s tím 😞
