Prosím o radu - dnes jsem zapnula televizi, ale absolutně nejde přepnout program, svítí jen červené tlačítko "Box". Funguje akorát zvuk a vypnutí/zapnutí TV, ostatní nereaguje. Jsem tak nucena koukat na jediný kanál, který tam byl před tím, než to přestalo fungovat.

Děkuji za radu, která pomůže k řešení tohoto problému.
