Hello, I am an international student who has returned home for the holidays. I am trying to log into my Vodafone account but it is asking to send an SMS message to a number that is not the one registered to my phone. I tried to contact support but I do not speak Czech. Is there any way to fix this?

Dobrý den, jsem zahraniční student, který se vrátil domů na prázdniny. Snažím se přihlásit ke svému účtu Vodafone, ale telefon mě vyzve k odeslání SMS zprávy na číslo, které není to, které je registrované v mém telefonu. Zkoušel jsem kontaktovat podporu, ale nemluvím česky. Existuje nějaký způsob, jak to vyřešit?

    @k4ngli Hello, You can log in to My Vodafone using your email address and the password you set up for this purpose. You also have a phone number configured, to which we send an SMS with a verification code each time you log in. Have you successfully logged in before?
