Dear Concern,

I am facing very slow internet at home for last couple of days. I rebooted the modem several times didn't work. So when I checked the internet speed: https://speedtest.dkm.cz/ the test result is : Download : 5.61 Mbit/s Upload : 8.50 Mbit/s Ping : 43.75ms Jitter : 24.55ms

My contract no. 80 746 040 Fixed Internet Unlimited data Internet Super, monthly paying 567 CZK.

I would request you to fix this slowness issue and give me the proper speed for this package I am using,
