Dear Vodafone Czech Republic Customer Service, 

Vodafone number which has been deactivated.  I would greatly appreciate your assistance in restoring the service. 

Please let me know if there any specific steps or requirements I need to fulfill for the reactivation process.

    Hello,  if your Vodafone number was a prepaid card and you did not top it up for more than 10 months, it has been deactivated due to the lack of credit recharge. If your situation is different, please contact us at pece@vodafone.cz for further assistance.
