Pěkný den všem, používám optický internet vodafone se zařízeními Zyxel VMG8623 a modem Zyxel PM5100.

Pračka a sučička by měly jít připojit na wifi ale nedaří se - neproběhne komunikace směrem od spotřebiče do cloudu. V nastavení routeru je vše OK, vyměnil jsem router a stále bez úspěchu. Šlo připojit přes wifi hotspot. Mám podezření, že modem PM5100 nepouští komunikaci spotřebič - cloud. Je toto zařízení nějak možné konfigurovat? Chyba v appce je ECPW003.

Potřeboval bych tedy konfiguraci toho zařízení Zyxel PM5100, případně toto zařízení vyzkoušet za nějaké jiné. Uvítám tipy. Děkuji.

    Problém vidím v tom, že spotřebiče mají podporu pouze pásmo WiFi 2,4 a proto se nepřipojí.

    Řešil jsem doma něco podobného.

    Připojeného klienta by mělo být vidět někde v administraci modemu. Tam zařízení jsou?
