Dear all, 

I tried to cancel the internet services with my current provider and change it to Vodafone. They asked me whether I want to cancel or transfer (for that I would need a transfer code).

Could you please advise?

snažím se ukončit službu internetu od poskytovatele O2 a ptají se mě, zdali chci službu zrušit nebo přesunout (k tomu je nutný kód).

Můžete mi prosím poradit, kterou možnost vybrat?

i think that depend, what you really want. If you want to stay at current technology, then choose transfer. If you want to go for example from xDSL technology to DOCSIS, then choose cancel.
