November 12, 20214 yr Hello , I have an issue with bill payment. I had paid my bill on 19th Oct by bank transfer. However the vodafone bill generated on 25th did not include this payment and the online bill also still shows the overdue bill for 2 months. The site is NONSENSE. There apparently is no way for me to send a simple email to someone. There are ready forms which are supposedly enough to handle all problems and issues of this universe !!!

November 12, 20214 yr Did you receive an SMS that your payment has been processed by Vodafone? If not, reach them out with a transaction confirmation (you can get that as a PDF from most Czech banks), you probably mistyped the variable or specific symbol. Vodafone can pair the payment with your account.
