Hello,

I have constant connection problems and this learning interferes with my work and gets tired.

I would like to know why this is so?

Could it be the modem?

Or maybe switching to a more expensive tariff will solve the problem?

Hi, 

the is ni support, only discussion forum, where customers talk and try to help each other's. 

You must contact Vodafone and their technical support; they can check your internet connection. Before you call there, unplug your modem from electricity for a while (you must try restart modem before you call there).
