UPC: výpověď je potřeba poslat doporučeně na adresu: UPC Česká republika, Klientské centrum UPC, PO BOX 53, Praha 3 - Žižkova PSČ: 130 11. Dle Všeobecných obchodních podmínek výpověď činí 1 měsíc. Výpovědní lhůta počíná běžet prvním dnem měsíce následujícího měsíce po doručení Vaší výpovědní smlouvy.

Nesmysl, Tohle už dávno neplatí.

I am writing as in the Contact center phone number 729 929 111 or 241 005 100 no one is picking up the phone. If I press 9 for english the voice continue in english or will let me know that no english speakers are available at this moment.

I need help with the following:

I want to terminate the contract as I leave the country next month, day 15th.

I contacted by email and I have received documentation to sent to P. O. Box 53, Praha 3, zip-code 130 11. However I have the documentation crossed with the word "SPECIMEN".  My questions are:

- Can I get the english version without that crossed?

- Can I take the documentation in person to any Vodafone shop? I really want a confirmation of giving the Router back and also acknowledging my termination letter.

The original contract was arranged with UPC by Phone, I signed nothing, and I received no conditions at all. Would it be possible also to terminate it by phone? Or at least in a shop?

I think it must not be entirely legal to permit termination of contract ONLY by post, nor to taking that long to terminate it (30 days). It must be also doable in person. I refer to the new
