Dobrý den,

Poslední 3-4 dny mám problém s výpadky internetu, velmi pomalým stahováním a načítáním a mírně vysokým pingem. Do pc mám z routeru natažený ethernetový kabel, takže žádné překážky mezi mým pc a routerem.

    Restartuje modem chvilkovým odpojením od el. napájení, když to nepomůže zkuste zavolat na klientskou linku UPC a oni se na to na dálku mrknou.
