Hello. I changed my mobile tariff and now I have work tariff from my company. Additionally I'm using Internet tariff with discount (also provided to me by my company as a benefit)

I have only access to Onenet, where I can see the bills, but I can't pay them. Also I received the bill in email from Muj Vodafone, but I have no access to muj vodafone. The login message says "Zadané číslo není aktivní číslo Vodafone." 

It is all very unclear, and I want to have the control over my bills. My company advised to ask Vodafone customer service, so they couldn't help me.

How do I access to Muj Vodafone?

Hello @Andrei Veselov, if you use services in the OneNet corporate network, you need to contact our OneNet specialists directly (by phone at 800 77 77 80 or by e-mail at vip@vodafone.cz). Services from the OneNet corporate network cannot be displayed in My Vodafone 🙂
