Dobrý den,

snažím se své postarší mamince obnovit zapomenuté heslo od vodafonu. Když ale zadám bezpečnostní kód na stránce obnovy, nebo před 800777723, vždy mi vodafone pošle SMS, že se změna nezdařila. Kvůli zapomenutému heslu se nemohu dovolat žádnému operátorovi, protože vždy když se proklikám k mému problému, přesměruje mě to na stejnou linku, kde potřebuji heslo.

Upřímně nevím, co mám dělat. To mi chcete říct, že se u Vodafonu nejde dovolat PŘÍMO operátorovi?

stačí 3x zadat špatně heslo a hned vás to přepojí na oprátora
