Zdravím,

 

přestal mi sám od sebe fungovat STB.

Po zapnutí se objeví jen úvodní obrazovka "Čekejte prosím" (takže v připojení kabelů problém není), na displeji proběhne sekvence "boot - 10P až 100P (přitom zmizí obrazovka Čekejte prosím a dál už je jen černá obrazovka) - Kaon - UPC - 1" (1. kanál), ale obraz ani zvuk nenaskočí.

Ovladačem jde STB ovládat (přepínat kanály apod.), ale obraz ani zvuk se neobjeví.

 

Má někdo zkušenosti, jak to řešit, nebo to je rovnou na reklamaci?

Zkoušel jsem najít postup, jak STB resetovat, ale v návodu jsem to nenašel.
