Zda se mi to, nebo UPC dost znatelne orezalo bitrate Spektrum HD? Vzdy jsem na nem mel 12Mbit a nyni je jen 8Mbit. Muze mi to prosim nekdo potvrdit?

A jedna se jen o docasne snizeni nebo uz trvale?
