Zmena tarifu = nova smlouva?

Zdravim, zadal jsem o zmenu ze stareho tarifu na DTV Standart a Fiber 10, dnes prisla postou smlouva, ale trochu me zarazila jedna vec. V hlavicce je zaskrtnuta Smlouva o poskytovani sluzeb, pritom pod tim je i moznost Dohoda o zmene sluzeb, coz si myslim ze se me tyka spis.

 

"Nova" smlouva ma stejne cislo jako mam doposud. Plasim se zbytecne nebo me nepochopili?

    Když má nová smlouva stejné číslo, tak bych to neřešil. Pro jistotu bych však zkusil zavolat do kontaktního centra UPC a nebo využít kontaktní formulář na stránkách www.upc.cz
