    postovni server mx0.karneval.cz ktery se o odeslani dane zpravy snazi se nachazi na blacklistu http://rfc-ignorant.org/ a server kam se danou zpravu snazite zaslat tento blacklist vyuziva a na zaklade toho zaznamu danou zpravu odmita, koncovej uzivatel s tim nic nezmuze, to si musi zaridit admini upc
