  2. Hello, I need immediate help. I haven't had a service from Vodafone since 7th December, and I', constantly being asked for payments. I do not live in Czech republic anymore, don't have Vodafone number neither internet. I visited store, as I was in Prague in April and payed the outstanding amount. No I'm again being asked for 500 CZK "na částku 484 Kč za služby, které vám Vodafone poskytuje.Vyúčtování najdete v samoobsluze" If this is the payment for the amount for late payment, how am I gong to know it? What is going on. I can not log in to my Vodafone, because I do not have number anymore. Also - no-one wants to provide a support over the phone, as I do not have a password? I feel like this is really not nice situation, as no one is helpful - also it is not clear what is the payment required for. I need to speak to someone, who actually wants to show me clarity on this situation and stop asking me for payment after 5 months not having services. Thank you, Petra
